The Get In the Game™ program consists of 4 main phases. Each of these 4 areas is critical to establish an integrated Grants Development Program.
Needs Assessment - Grants Office will work directly with the client contact to assess their current project needs and available resources.
Research - With the information gained through the Needs Assessment phase. Grants Office will begin grants research. Grants Office will research funding opportunities that support the programmatic and institutional objective of the organization.
Grant Proposal Development - Based on the grant seeking plan that is created, a Grants Office Grants Writer will be assigned to work closely with the client contact to develop and submit one grant proposal for a predefined grant.
Grant seeking Plan - Once the research has been completed, the Grants Office research staff will work directly with members of the organization to streamline the research into a workable plan.
